Refund Policy – IMAD PERFUME
At IMAD PERFUME, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Opened or used perfume bottles cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons.

Sale items are non-refundable unless they are defective.

3. Process

Contact us by email or WhatsApp to request a refund.

Send the item back as instructed.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refund Timing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect
